Dr. Radmard discussed a case of a young woman without any pertinent past medical history who presented with subacute onset of behavior abnormalities, progressing to unresponsiveness with paroxysmal sympathetic hyperactivity and orofacial dyskinesias who was found to have NMDA receptor encephalitis.
