Dr. Roeder presents a case of a 50 year old woman with no PMH who presents with gait instability, involuntary jerking and abnormal eye movements.  She was diagnosed with anti-GFAP-associated opsoclonus myoclonus ataxia syndrome and will undergo empiric bilateral oophorectomy for possible microteratoma.
